Steffenie is a “Hoosier Girl” through and through. She and her husband Eric were high school sweethearts and married in 1996. They always loved old houses, as she grew up in one, and bought their home in the Butler Tarkington Neighborhood in 2003. They have one son, Hank and a Great Dane named Gus.
She loves her home and entertaining family and friends. She is a huge Indy 500 fan!! She enjoys taking walks with “her boys” through Butler and the neighborhood. Gardening, antiquing , reality shows and taking drives with her family to local unknown destinations are what keeps her busy when she has free time. Vacations in the sun and at the beach, however, are the ultimate destination!!
Steffenie loves our city of Indianapolis. It will always be home! She has bought and sold homes in nearly every part of Indianapolis and in nearly every town and county nearby over the course of her 10 year career with the Glenn Bill Group and Century 21 Scheetz.
She grew up in a small, neighboring town in Hancock County. Started working for The Limited Corp. as soon as she turned 16 and continued to do so through college as she attended Indiana University in Bloomington while studying Psychology and Business. She continued her career in retail management after graduating from IU with The Limited. Then moved onto Liz Claiborne where she found her passion for visual design. She successfully assisted in opening stores in Indianapolis and throughout the midwest. As a perk, she enjoyed business trips to New York as a bonus!
After 15 years in retail, she went on to a successful career as a manufacturers’ sales representative selling metal fabricating equipment in the north east quadrant of Indiana. While enjoying her career in management and sales; she also helped grow and then sell a small family business before having her son Hank.
In 2008, during arguably one of the most challenging times to start in the real estate business, she started her own new venture as a “staging design consultant using her gift for visual design and layout to help successful real estate agents more effectively sell listed homes. Shortly into that new venture, she was recruited by a longtime friend and real estate entrepreneur, Glenn Bill.
Today, together with Glenn Bill and the rest of her teammates and resources, they provide the highest level of service professionalism and personal service in the real estate market in Indianapolis. Steffenie truly believes they have one of the best marketing packages available; support professionals that are second to none and longstanding business relationships with local vendors that are critical to a successful process.
